The Shawnee Hills Aerobics Club provides classes and activities designed to stimulate an interest in fitness and to promote a healthy lifestyle. Come join our low-impact aerobics - mixed at times with kickboxing, steps and jump rope. All classes end with a toning segment. Abs are worked every class, along with upper and lower body toning. Classes are usually held in the Max Powers Community Building, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:30 pm.
