The Shawnee Hills Quilt Club was founded to encourage the appreciation of quilting, to teach and promote quilting methods and a spirit of fellowship.
The club meets the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:00 pm. Anyone interested in quilting is invited to attend. The clubs schedule includes a mixture of meetings, work sessions, instructions and community projects (such as the raffle quilt shown at right).
A favorite part of each meeting is "Show & Tell", where members have the opportunity to bring in one of their completed projects, an old quilt, or a "work-in-progress" that they may need help with.
