In past years, after paying all the related expenses for the show, we have carried forward a balance that is used to pay the deposit of approximately $1,260.00 for the next year’s show. This deposit is due in February of each year, before donations start coming in for that year. As you can see by the figures below, we do not have an adequate carry-over balance to cover the deposit for the 2011 show.
